Topman Design has announced it is to showcase its second consecutive solo show at The Royal Opera House, Covent Garden on September 22nd as part of the ever growing menswear day at London Fashion Week.

Until last season when the debut solo show was held at the official British Fashion Council (BFC) Tents, Topman Design had shown on-schedule as part of the increasingly successful MAN event which Topman set up alongside Fashion East eleven seasons ago.  This season, Topman Design will share the Royal Opera House venue with MAN, whose show will follow Topman Design later in the afternoon at 12.30pm.

This season the Topman Design show will be streamed live on topman.com and londonfashionweek.co.uk  - as well as live in the windows of Topman's famous Oxford Street store - and, for the very first time this season, a very limited number of pieces from the show will be made available to purchase on-line directly after the show at  topman.com.

Topman Design is a directional premium collection which is stocked online at topman.com, the London Oxford Circus and New York Flagships as well as key international stores including La Foret in Tokyo, Incu in Sydney and Shine in Hong Kong.  With a growing, almost cult following, the collections have evolved over the seasons under the creative direction of Alister Mackie of AnOther Man, a leading fashion director and superstylist, and Topman Design Director, Gordon Richardson and his dedicated and talented in-house design team.

Liberty Media Corporation (Nasdaq:  LCAPA, LCAPB, LINTA, LINTB, LSTZA, LSTZB), and QVC, Inc. today announced the refinancing of QVC's bank credit facilities with a new Revolving Credit Facility (the "Revolver").  The Revolver is a multi-currency facility, provides a line of credit of up to $2 billion and replaces QVC's existing credit facilities set to expire between 2011 and March 2014.  Of the $2 billion of capacity available on the Revolver, QVC drew the USD equivalent of $1.83 billion at closing.  

"We are pleased with the successful refinance of QVC's bank debt," said Greg Maffei, President and CEO of Liberty.  "The new facilities enhance QVC's credit profile and further strengthen its balance sheet by providing additional financial flexibility and liquidity."

The interest rate on the Revolver is at a lower rate than the weighted average rate of the previous bank credit facilities and the Revolver extends maturities to September 2015.  QVC's maximum leverage ratio covenant under the Revolver is 3.5x (as compared to 3.75x currently), through September 2012 and 3.25x thereafter.  The Revolver is secured by the stock of QVC and certain of its subsidiaries.

Stars of television, the music industry and catwalk came out last night to celebrate TAG Heuer's "Odyssey of Pioneers" at an exclusive cocktail party hosted by the luxury Swiss watch brand.  The invitation-only event – held at a private estate – drew Golden Globe, Emmy and Tony award-winning actress Mary-Louise Parker, Grammy nominated R&B singer Maxwell, Ed Westwick, star of the hit TV show "Gossip Girls," supermodel Hilary Rhoda, New York social influencer and philanthropist Cornelia Guest and musician Charlie Mars.  Renaud Dutreil, Chairman of LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton Inc., Jack Heuer, Honorary Chairman of TAG Heuer, Jean-Christophe Babin, TAG Heuer Worldwide President and CEO, and Ulrich Wohn, President and CEO of TAG Heuer North America, also were among the guests.

This fully electric, emissions-free car is outfitted with a Heuer limited-edition one-fifth second stopwatch and a TAG Heuer Meridiist communications device. Additionally, a special console houses the ground-breaking TAG Heuer Pendulum Concept, a timepiece operated by the world's first magnetic oscillator without a hairspring.

During the event, guests enjoyed cocktails, including Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin, and previewed an exhibition of key historical and current TAG Heuer product that underscores the brand's passion for revolutionizing timekeeping. Loree Rodkin is a visionary, often blurring the distinction between modern and medieval in her couture collections.
